Her personal affiliations include Groton/Ledyard Rotary, Groton EDC, Groton Division SECT Chamber of Commerce, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Lian has earned the honor of being in the Top 5% Masters Club of the Eastern CT Association of Realtors each year from 1993-2003. In 2003 she was named to RE/MAX New England Platinum Club.

Over 20 years experience in Residential and Commercial Property Management with special emphasis in condominium management. Kate's expertise in various facets of Real Estate and contract negotiation skills prove to be an extreme asset for both buyers and sellers. Kate is a member of the Eastern CT Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She holds a BS in Marketing/Communications from the University of Bridgeport. She is the past General Manager of the New London Mall and was one of the leading property managers for White and Katzman Real Estate in Hartford, CT. Kate was an Executive Committee Member for the Alliance for Living for three years and is presently a President of the Albano Academy of Performing Arts.
